HAPPY SUMMER! I know it technically isn't summer yet (that happens next Tuesday, the 20th--Summer Solstice!) but it sure FEELS LIKE SUMMER!
I AM SO EXCITED ABOUT SOMETHING!

When we think we are fat, or feel insecure, it is impossible to truly exude confidence.
Guess what else happens when we stop obsessing and get clear on what we are using food for (i.e. emotional eating)? We often lose weight! Yup. It's true.Because you know what? You don't really have a food problem--you have a life problem. And as long as you're beating up on yourself, criticizing yourself, depriving yourself and then binging because you've been depriving yourself--you'll NEVER BREAK FREE. Haven't you been in that painful cycle long enough?!
