We're not supposed to brag. Right? The Patriarchy shames us for owning our shit. Women should be humble, gracious, and more concerned about other people's triumphs...
That's exactly why I'm a huge proponent of BRAGGING! I ask my clients to BRAG--and let me tell you, IT IS HARD FOR THEM.
Can you relate?
Here's how you brag--you say:

Here are my brags:
I BRAG THAT I AM SO AWESOME THAT...
I had the courage to leave my contract coaching position that I've held for four years. This job guaranteed a steady income, connected to me to all sorts of truly amazing students that I LOVED coaching, created an incredible community of brilliant coaches to belong to, and truly created mastery in my coaching. AWESOME, RIGHT?
Yes...but here's the thing--it took up a lot of time and mental energy that my nine-year-old needs right now. AND my personal business has grown so much that staying at that job meant stopping that grown. AND NO WAY DO I WANT THAT!
I brag that it FEELS SO GOOD to have my schedule entirely my own.
I brag that I am hanging out with my son in a relaxed way that feels great and that HE IS NOTICING.
I brag that I am continuing my own personal growth by joining a year-long certification program called Sacred Depths with Master Coach Joanna Lindenbaum and I'M SO FREAKING EXCITED!
I brag that I believe in my mission SO POWERFULLY that I have invested in working with a truly amazing Business Unicorn (really--that's her title. And it totally fits!), Danielle Codere, to help me build the vision I have for 2021.
I brag that in February, I'll be co-hosting a life-changing two-day online retreat with 5 other Master Coaches called Soul On Fire and it is going to ROCK!
I brag that this year I will be teaching holistic practitioners how to operate their business coming from The Feminine and utilizing the Feminist Business Model to grow their business with ease, fun, pleasure, and intuition...so that they can avoid exhaustion, burn out and imposter syndrome...and create wealth and abundance in the process. I brag that by the end of this year, Blue Russ and I will have started a school that teaches the Feminist Business Model in growing your business. It will have three parts:

I brag that in 2021 I will do all I can to help women dismantle the internalized paradigms of the Patriarchy so that they can ditch that shit that is massively holding them back and truly STEP UP and STEP INTO their TRUTH and by doing that, CHANGING THE WORLD.
