You're Yearning For More

More connection.

More meaning.

More abundance.

More sensuality.

More aliveness.

More excitement.

More fun.

Just--MORE.

But holy crap, we are shamed when we actually dare to WANT MORE and we retreat quickly, we hide out, we return to living a life that isn't fully ours, we become experts at knowing other people's needs and desires more intimately than we know our own...we exhaust ourselves, deplete ourselves...we feel resentment and anger and you know what we do with those, right? Stuff those right down, make ourselves wrong for feeling them, and keep giving giving giving from an empty cup.

This may sound extreme, but to really own our desires and powerfully claim the life we want is dangerous. Whether we are aware of it or not, we are given messages every day, all day that our desires are selfish and shameful. And our culture lets us know that we don't matter. The statistics of "less than" are staggering, from unequal wages to sexual violence, we get the message that being a "girl" is second best.

But we also are starting to see new seeds take root. Underneath our exhaustion, our To Do Lists, our harried living...we smell the winds of change. More than that, WE FEEL THE CALLING. It's time.

I believe women are being called to rise up and throw off the shackles of the patriarchy. This is necessary for the healing of the planet and all living beings on it. We are not casual observers, we are crucial players. We need to learn the systemic ways that we and others have been oppressed and begin dismantling these systems internally and collectively so that great healing, restoration, justice, and transformation can occur.

This is an invitation, Sister. Rise up!

One of the first things about this shift that I want you to take to heart is we cannot do it alone. This is not the time of super stars--this is the time of the many--the million points of light going on one by one every day across the world. When you decide to take a deep breath and RECLAIM YOU, the light goes on. WE NEED TO DO THIS TOGETHER.

Treat a woman like a sister and a goddess and you'll help her stand in her radiance--and in turn you will be standing in yours!

Women need women. Women thrive in community--a place where other women comfort us, help us, show up, listen, create safe space, give us strength when we are feeling small, and remind us of our radiance when we cannot see it for ourselves.

It is my greatest passion to help women own their magnificence, shine their light, shed the shackles of countless limiting beliefs, and stand in sisterhood to change and heal the world.

Here is where we start: The Reclaim Retreat. These three and a half days will create powerful, meaningful shifts down deep in your bones. You will not leave this space the same woman you came in. I know that scares some of you. But remember this: fear is excitement on pause. You're yearning for more. This is where to begin.

If this retreat isn't for you at this time, I understand. We will have other opportunities to connect, heal, and transform. But if you feel the stirring in your soul, please reach out to me. I love to talk to you :)
